The Bourne Legacy Arrives

So the story goes that the director of the first 3 Bourne movies wanted more money. So the studio said no thank you and he walked.
So Matt Daemon said if he (The director:- Doug Liman) wasn’t going to direct it he wouldn’t be in it … and he walked!
The studio went screw it we can write our own with a different actor to star (Jeremy Renner).
This has obviously caused some waves with fan, however judging by this trailer it might not be so bad.

Green Lantern – Review

Ok where to begin! We watched this about 6 months ago but I haven’t had the heart to review it till now.
I had such high hopes for Green Lantern ! We all new there were issues but with the release of the cool trailer that invariably showed the best bits (see below) there was hope.
Alas they were all dashed.
There maybe spoilers here, so don’t read any more if you want to go into this movie blind !

All New Ghost Rider and Avengers Trailers !

2012 is shaping up to be another year of the Comic book Move, with at least 3 big block buster movies coming out.
Obviously as a Marvel fan I’m very excited at how the Avengers will turn out, but judging by this trailer I shouldn’t be too disappointed.

Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengence
Now I didn’t mind the first Ghost rider, the only problem I found with the first offering is that the movie was not what was promised!
Seeing as Ghost Rider is from the Marvel knights Collection and falls within the remit of say “Blade”, people were hoping for a darker movie with connotations of the Occult. what was delivered was your A-Typical comic book movie with stereotypical, harmless villains that lacked depth and any sense of danger.
Lets hope they do better this time.

Recently came across this new trailer for Chronicle.
Think cross between Blair Witch Project and Heroes.
Looks good though.
Plot Summary: Three high school students make an incredible discovery, leading to them developing uncanny powers beyond their understanding. As they learn to control their abilities, and use them to their advantage, their lives start to spin out of control, and their darker sides begin to take over.

The new Amazing Spiderman Teaser Trailer
21 JulAnd today we have the new Amazing Spiderman teaser trailer.
I’m digging the darker more serious approach to the franchise, plus it looks like they have a richer back story incorporating Peter Parker’s parents (Or an explanation at least).
Obviously the CGI needs a tad more work in my humble opinion but there you go !
